REVfit is a dynamic, heart-healthy group cardio class designed to maximize your cardiovascular fitness. This individually tailored, heart rate-monitored workout takes place on elite Keiser spin bikes, ensuring a smooth and effective ride.
Using a provided heart rate monitor (or bring your own), you'll train within your personalized target zones for optimal heart health and endurance. Each session includes a guided warm-up, a customized training ride, and a controlled cool-down, helping you build strength, stamina, and longevity—all in a motivating group setting.
